Property Rights
We believe the right to own land and all that is contains belongs solely to the owner of such property. Because the federal government is composed at the discretion of the states, and thus cannot intrude upon the rights of the states or within the physical boundaries of a state, the national government shall not obtain land without the consent of the owner or seize land unjustly. Therefore, we believe the following:
1. All state boundaries and state ownership of land shall be recognized as they currently stand and shall not revert back to previous times.
2. All current national land shall be returned to the states save Washington D.C., national agency training grounds and headquarters, the federal judiciary system, and domestic military bases.
a. National parks shall be returned to the respective states for management and conservation practices.
b. National land shall be recognized as being owned by the United States government and shall be used only for the intended purpose.
c. All future land acquisitions must be with the consent of the affected state.
3. The Environmental Protection Agency shall be abolished.
a. The states shall be responsible for proper management of land and natural resources.
b. Any environmental disputes between residents shall be settled by due process within the state.
c. Any environmental disputes between the states shall be settled by due process including the Supreme Court.
4. Seizure of land by National agencies will only be for punitive measures after due process and under court control, and control of such property must be relinquished after all necessary legal proceedings.
