Energy

1. Free markets need to be the centerpiece in the production of new ideas concerning energy production.
2. Research and development must be market driven and dictated by supply and demand without government interference.
3. Energy independence should be achieved by an all of the above approach without federal mandate and / or subsidies.
4. Minimal involvement in national/state regulations. Fund only so far as providing security, safety and availability.
5. Abolish the Department of Energy.
6. The government should not enter into international treaties that negatively impact our ability to produce energy.
