Affirmative Action
In the interest of the general welfare of man, whose soul’s deepest hunger is to be loved and understood unconditionally, and whose heart’s greatest and constant desire is to prosper and bring about meaning to his existence, we thus recognize his natural yearning to live accordingly by virtue of his most basic rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as expressed by our Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence. In doing so, we reject any cultures or sub-cultures that have, as their belief and practice, the tendency to deprive its members of these truths; and we embrace and promote only the American constitutional culture for these United States, which has proven to elevate the individual to heights never seen before, in the history of man. It is Culture, not Race. Culture can be thought of as the behaviors and beliefs reflected in the manners, activities, character and personality of the individuals in a particular group. We believe that in the individual is the culture personified, and the individual’s race is merely his outer garment of identity. Therefore, culture matters more than race. Even though the citizens of these United States have been – and are – varied and numerous in race or color, it was and is going to be culture, not race, that will unite us and continue to contribute to the individual’s merits and destiny. The American constitutional culture has proven to do so well in this regard for individuals of every race. We believe that having only one primary culture unifies and strengthens a nation, and conversely, having multiple cultures does the very opposite. Unity cannot be achieved in diversity because all cultures are simply not equal. Two unequal parties cannot truly unite unless they are truly equal, so to expect many cultures to truly unite is a natural impossibility. We therefore tolerate mono-culturalism and do not tolerate multi-culturalism. We accept the American constitutional culture as the primary, mainstream, cultural standard for our nation. Its principles are true and eternal, which individuals of varied racial backgrounds can identify with. We are Americans first in our identity and allegiance. Other cultures that are based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, etc, that do not share the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and thus have not proven to empower the individual to succeed in life, must remain only as sub-cultures and out of the mainstream. It’s true that a country that recognizes multi-culturalism is actually creating inequality and dividing its citizens. There is no greater threat to the disintegration of the nation from within than that of multi-culturalism. Therefore, we strongly support mono-culturalism and vehemently reject multi-culturalism. We Are A Unilingual Nation, Not A Bilingual Nation. We recognize that just like the arts and music, language is an outward expression and communication of a person’s culture. To promote multi-lingualism is to promote multi-culturalism and we strongly oppose multi-culturalism as stated above. There cannot exist in a society two cultures with one language, nor two languages with one culture. It is a natural impossibility. Any attempt to set up such a bilingual society will bring about the natural possibility that the two languages will divide one nation into two nations of different languages with their related cultures. Furthermore, if the two cultures and their corresponding languages want to, and strive to, remain as one nation, national unity is out of the question for one must dominate the other in some ways, if not all, due to human pride and unhealthy competition. We therefore strongly oppose bilingualism and accept English as the only official American language of the land, its people and its related American constitutional culture, for it is the English language that has enabled the individual to progress greatly in the history of our Republic. Our message is that of national cultural unity, which can only be achieved on the premise that all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. Our method will be that of a conservative effort to promote the American constitutional culture throughout our society and transfer that culture to the next generation for its preservation. As man continues to strive toward prosperity and meaning in life, the individual in these United States is more likely to succeed in his endeavor if he is indoctrinated in the American constitutional culture regardless of his race and ethnic sub-culture. This is what we offer as we recognize his right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
